Improve your Social dancing
Do you want to become a great social dancer? Dive into the dynamics of social dancing in this course and learn all the little tricks most dancers never hear off! After more then 30 years of Social dancing combined, our instructors will share their experience with you and practical knowledge.
Dance etiquette
Overlooked by many dancers. Dance etiquettes is so important when it comes to social dancing! You can have the coolest moves in the Salsa library but if you don't know the dance etiquettes the experience of your partner will certainly be effected in, well a not positive way! Apply what you learn in this course and you will become a better dancer, guaranteed.
Injury prevention
Especially dancers with no previous dancing background overlook this subject. While you are enjoying Salsa social dancing, you can still get injured, often without realising it. In this course we will show you different exercises you can do to prevent injuries and make your body stronger. This in turn will also improve your technique!
